How are project fees calculated?
They depend on the brief, the area, the complexity of the site or existing building and the engineering disciplines required. We issue a written proposal with the scope and value of each stage. The simulator gives an order of magnitude of the investment in a house; it is not a fee calculation or a binding figure.
Which stages and services does a project include?
It depends on the contracted proposal. A typical path covers the concept design, the permit design and the engineering disciplines; construction documents, interiors and site supervision have their own scope and are defined in the proposal, which also states what is excluded, such as council fees or surveys.
What should I prepare for the first meeting?
The location of the plot or property, the documents you have (land registry records, plans or surveys), the intended brief, the approximate area, your budget and the timeframe you have in mind.
