Tavarede Essenza, an Escala Absoluta project in Tavarede, Figueira da Foz, was presented on page 110 of the September 2025 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.
Housing integrated into the urban fabric
The proposal includes a parking basement and five residential floors, with a total of 18 two and three-bedroom apartments. The choice of materials and colours seeks continuity with the built surroundings.
The main entrance is on the south façade. On the first four residential levels, the layout repeats two three-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments per floor, with a distribution that separates social from private areas.
Balconies and terraces as places to stay
The balconies extend the interiors and incorporate the service areas. On the set-back top floor, the proposal provides two three-bedroom apartments and south-facing terraces, with a pool mentioned in the published description.
The magazine highlights an approach that combines functional organisation, outdoor spaces and urban integration.
