Moradia Tílias, an Escala Absoluta project in Tavarede, Figueira da Foz, was presented on pages 92 and 93 of the July 2026 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.
Continuity between house and garden
The proposal unfolds over three levels: basement, ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, living room and kitchen share a generous space, connected to the garden by large glazed openings and an outdoor terrace.
The central kitchen island reinforces the social character of this area. Timber, light surfaces and integrated storage accompany a composition of neutral, warm tones.
Privacy with openness to the outside
The upper floor brings together three en-suite bedrooms with access to a continuous balcony. The layout seeks to combine the autonomy of the private rooms with natural light and a relationship with the outdoors.
On the façades, white is combined with timber elements and vertical louvres. Glass balustrades and horizontal planes complete a proposal marked by a balance between volume, transparency and shading.
