Moradia Condados featured in Anteprojectos magazine
Moradia Condados, in Tavarede, was presented in Anteprojectos. The Escala Absoluta project explores the topography and the relationship between house, garden and water.

Moradia Condados, an Escala Absoluta project in Tavarede, Figueira da Foz, was presented on page 80 of the July 2025 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.
A façade of overlapping volumes
The street front combines volumes with precise lines and a circular opening that makes the composition distinctive. White and grey define the exterior palette, while concrete-slab paths organise pedestrian and vehicle access.
The house follows the terrain
At the rear, the proposal takes advantage of the downward slope. The house unfolds over two floors, with generous terraces and glazed surfaces that bring the interiors closer to the landscape.
The planted areas and retaining walls organise the various outdoor spaces and contribute to their privacy.
A water course through the garden
The publication also highlights a natural pool set within a water course that begins at an existing well. This solution extends the relationship between the house and the features of the site.
