Monte Leite Residence, an Escala Absoluta project in Estoril, municipality of Cascais, was presented on page 16 of the October 2025 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.
Balconies that extend the interiors
The publication describes a residential building with four floors above ground level. The large glazed openings and continuous balconies strengthen the relationship between the living spaces and the outdoors.
The façades combine composite-batten cladding with a composition of horizontal lines. The choice of materials and the proportion between solid and void seek to give unity to the whole.
A courtyard to enjoy the outdoors
The proposal includes a spa area and outdoor pool set within a landscaped courtyard. The relationship with the topography and with natural light accompanies the design of the building and of its shared spaces.
The feature presents a residential approach that brings together privacy, comfort and a connection with the urban landscape of Estoril.
