house, an Escala Absoluta project in Rosários, Lavos, in the municipality of Figueira da Foz, was presented on pages 90 and 91 of the April 2025 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.
Natural light at the heart of the house
The proposal arranges a four-bedroom house over three floors. The double-height entrance hall plays a central role in distributing the spaces and in the sense of openness. The white of the façades contrasts with dark grey elements, reinforcing the reading of the volumes.
Living areas connected to the outside
On the ground floor, kitchen, dining room and living room relate directly to the garden and the pool. This level includes two en-suite bedrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as service areas.
The upper floor brings together two en-suite bedrooms with a shared balcony and a study with access to another balcony. On the lower level, the proposal provides a garage, storage and a wellness area with sauna and shower.
