Borleteira Residences featured in Anteprojectos magazine

Borleteira Residences, an Escala Absoluta project in Tavarede, Figueira da Foz, was presented on pages 20 and 21 of the May 2026 issue of Anteprojectos magazine.

Two buildings, different ways of living

According to the publication, the development was designed for an 11,137 m² plot and comprises two multi-family buildings with five floors above ground level. The proposal includes 91 homes, in one, two, three and four-bedroom layouts.

Continuous balconies and landscape integration

The large glazed openings, framed by dark frames, connect directly to the balconies running along each floor. The composition extends the living spaces outwards.

The landscape design includes Mediterranean planting, flowering beds and exposed concrete retaining walls. These elements follow the topography and relate the buildings to their surroundings.

The publication presents a collective housing proposal in which the arrangement of the volumes and the treatment of the outdoor spaces share the same architectural intent.
